Lecture Material

Invited speakers are required to submit their lecture materials for the abstract book.

Important Dates

Guidelines for Lecture Submission

· Lecture materials must be written in English.
· Please click the "Lecture Submission" button for your submission.
· Please upload your lecture materials after entering personal information.
· Once you complete your registration process, we will send you a receipt via e-mail. You may modify your lecture materials until the registration deadline.
· Please click the "Modification" button at the "Lecture Material" page after entering your receipt number and password if you want to edit and resubmit your lecture materials.
· Presentation slides should be submitted online and onsite. You may also submit your presentation slides via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
· Please save your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Lecture format should be in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word.
· Please submit your CV with your lecture materials.
· If you plan on using your own laptop or Mac Book during the presentations, please alert us via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).

Presentation Slide Submission Guidelines

· You must submit your presentation file until August 31 via e-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
· Please save your presentation file in Microsoft PowerPoint (4:3)
· If you are going to use your own laptop or Mac during the presentations, please email us until November 1. You should talk to the staff at our registration desk about this type of request.
· You can turn in your updated presentation slides at the pre-view desk after your registration.
· You need to check your slides at least two hours before the session commences.
